A BOOK ON A CD

SECOND EDITION (October 1, 2006)

This is the most current and complete reference on razor blades made and/or distributed in the United States. This compact disk (CD) was introduced by the 2^nd International Shaving Collectibles conference on October 8, 2005 as “A most extensive software reference document.” This “Second Edition” has an additional 300 illustrations of blades and boxes.

21 pages of “Free Sample” cards
3 pages of “Messages on Gillette New blades”
10 page of alphabetical index
415 pages (if printed)

The CD features:

Identifies and illustrates boxes that only contain “generic” wrapped blades

This CD is easily managed because it also contains “Adobe Reader”.

This CD can be printed, if desired.

The author and contributors spent three years producing this CD. The goal was to produce a product that might encourage new blade collector, as well as long time collectors, to be more aware of all of the brands and variations within brands that are available. There are many illustrations of blades that do not appear in any other collector’s guide. The production of this CD was an economical way to accomplish our goal. If this CD was printed as a book, the productions cost would be between fifty and seventy-five dollars.
